Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt for items that have not been customized with initials and have not been worn, altered or damaged, and with all guarantee cards and dust-bag included.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. ​​
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will need to return the entire order to us in accordance to the indications provided by our customer service team.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of us receiving your returned order.
All returns must be notified via e-mail at Sunday Bloo within 15 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the return is not accepted, the products will be returned to you at our expense and you will not have any right to seek compensation or reimbursement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at Sunday Bloo
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary according to the destination.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?

Once the items have been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it may take a few working days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement.

Damaged Or Defective Goods + 90-day Guarantee

We are committed to selling only the finest quality. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at Sunday Bloo within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect(s) found on the item(s) ordered. Our products are made with a 90-day guarantee so that any damages may be repaired free-of-charge (shipping costs to and from the United States are excluded and are to be paid for by the client).
